04 / Industrial pilot projects
Show us the task.
We'll train the robot.
Your team demonstrates the task. We use those demonstrations to train the robot. Together, we test it in your workplace and prepare it for deployment.

Robot deployment
Start with the workflow.
Define a useful trial.
Start with a repetitive task such as packing, pick-and-place or assembly. We begin with your process, constraints and success criteria, then determine the hardware and engineering work the pilot requires.
- 01
Demonstrate the task
Your team shows how the work is done. Together, we define the objects, variations and success criteria.
- 02
Train the robot
We use those demonstrations to train the robot for the task, with the hardware and training setup agreed for the pilot.
- 03
Test and prepare for deployment
Together, we test performance in your workplace and prepare the integration, supervision and handover needed for deployment.
Before collection or delivery
Define a
useful result.
A pilot specification built around your task, with clear goals for the first sample or workplace trial.
- Operational outcome
- The task, process constraints and evidence needed to justify a next step.
- Technical feasibility
- Hardware, controls, tooling, environment and demonstration approach.
- Delivery responsibilities
- Integration, site safety assessment, supervision and maintenance scope.
- Trial acceptance
- Task outcomes, failure conditions, intervention and review criteria.
The connection
From demonstrations to a workplace trial.
A pilot connects task demonstrations with robot training and tests in your working environment. We agree how to train for the task, evaluate difficult cases and handle interventions, with a clear goal: prepare the robot for deployment in your workflow.
A few useful details
Questions
before a pilot.
Is this a ready-to-install product?
No. We start with a task-specific pilot, then use the results to plan integration and deployment in your workplace.
Does demonstration replace all programming?
No. Demonstrations provide examples for robot learning. We also plan the hardware setup, integration, testing and supervision needed for your task.
How do we decide whether the robot is ready for wider deployment?
We agree task-specific acceptance criteria before the trial, including task completion, cycle time, failures and human intervention. We review the results in your environment and define the remaining integration and safety work before expanding deployment.
